The pilot is organized as three geographic “pods,” Lake George (Lake George and surrounding communities, the Northern Adirondack (Plattsburgh and surrounding communities), and Tri-Lakes (Saranac Lake and surrounding communities). Note that the medical practices in Long Lake and Newcomb are included in the Lake George pod.
